HOME VISITING INVESTMENT TASK FORCE

The Home Visiting Investment Task Force was approved by the ECLC on April 23, 2020 to develop a strategy to scale a continuum of home visiting services in Colorado and guide the release of the future funding solicitations from the Office of Early Childhood, including Federal MIECHV funding. The strategy will support planning for state budget requests, the solicitation of new federal funding opportunities, and alignment with philanthropic funding for home visiting.

EARLY CHILDHOOD COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEMS WORKING GROUP

The Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Working Group was approved by the ECLC in 2021 to guide the implementation of the Colorado Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Grant: Health Integration Prenatal-to-three Program (CO-ECCS). This project works to advance Colorado’s maternal and early childhood systems of care.

INFANT AND EARLY CHILDHOOD MENTAL HEALTH ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) Advisory Council was approved by the ECLC in 2023 to will make recommendations to improve the perinatal, infant, and early childhood system of care and continuum of care, including policy, workforce, capacity, strategy, and sustainable funding approaches. ​The working group will address the whole-person health and well-being domain of the Early Childhood Colorado Framework.
