The ECLC work group has been meeting to discuss Universal Preschool and to develop a recommendation on governance for the new funding stream related to Proposition EE in context of the broader early childhood system. The group has made considerable progress toward a unified draft recommendation. During this meeting, we will review the draft and consider endorsement of the recommendation by the full Commission.
