Description: Colorado Bright Beginnings seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead and manage a statewide network of organizations, agencies and volunteers that deliver parenting and educational materials for children 0-3. This position, created to support Bright Beginnings new strategic plan, will lead fourteen regional affiliates including a six county area comprising metro Denver to ensure the organization deepens and broadens its impact for parents and their children. The COO will identify key areas of evaluation, build organizational capacity, and implement a longitudinal strategic evaluation plan. Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners in the early childhood field including health and education sectors, this role provides an exciting opportunity for someone to assure best practices are implemented for the benefit of families in Colorado.
