Improving the Access and Responsiveness of Early Care & Education for Latino Children and Their Families was a presentation given by Dr. Michael Lopez, Director and Founder of the National Center for Latino Child and Family Research. It was given in March, 2009 as part of the Marsico Institute for Early Learning and Literacy's Community Lecture Series.
